1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1 jar Spiced Maple Pecan Humble Nut Butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk (oops, not pictured)
4 medium very ripe bananas
1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional but recommended)
Preheat oven to 350, lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. in a large mixing bowl mash bananas, and add in all other ingredients. Gently fold in dry ingredients (chocolate chips last) until everything is incorporated. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool 20-30 minutes before removing from pan - the nut butter will make this loaf very moist and and it tends to break apart if you don’t allow it to cool.
