Spiced Maple Pecan Acorn Squash

Bake acorn squash flesh side up at 400°F (205°C) for about 60 to 75 minutes (Pour 1/4-inch of water over the bottom of the pan so that the squash doesn't burn or get dried out in the oven.). In the last 15 minutes of baking, spoon Spiced Maple Pecan into the center. Garnish with a drizzle with of maple syrup and chopped pecans.
