TURMERIC MAPLE PECAN CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Chia Seeds

  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup

  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 1/4 cup Turmeric Maple Pecan

  • 2 cups Willa’s Original Oat Milk

  • 1 Mashed Banana

  • Pinch of Salt

Recipe makes 4 servings.

Blend it all together until smooth (a whisk, blender or hand mixer will do the trick), chill in the fridge for a minimum of four hours. Garnish with chopped pecans, chocolate chips, sliced banana, and a generous drizzle of Turmeric Maple Pecan - mmm mmmm good!

Humble Walnut Ceasar Dressing

In a small bowl or jar combine Humble Nut Butter Truffle Herb Walnut, fresh garlic, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and whisk with a fork until fully combined. That’s all there is to it! Drizzle over chopped romaine lettuce, garnish with croutons and shaved parmesan cheese. Keep any dressing leftovers for up to a week in the fridge.

Ingredient List:

Mayonnaise (or Vegenaise): 1/2 cup

Humble Nut Butter Truffle Herb Walnut: 3 Tbs

Garlic: 1 clove minced/pressed

Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice: about 2 Tbs

Worcestershire: 1 Tsp

Dijon mustard: 1 Tsp

 

Humble Turmeric Spiced Banana Bread

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups gluten-free flour (pictured here is 1 cup tapioca flour, 1/2 cup coconut flour)

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/4 cup vegetable oil (pictured here safflower oil)

1 jar Spiced Maple Pecan Humble Nut Butter

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk (oops, not pictured)

4 medium very ripe bananas

1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional but recommended)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350, lightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan and set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. in a large mixing bowl mash bananas, and add in all other ingredients. Gently fold in dry ingredients (chocolate chips last) until everything is incorporated. Pour batter into pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Cool 20-30 minutes before removing from pan - the nut butter will make this loaf very moist and and it tends to break apart if you don’t allow it to cool.
