Humble Avo-Toast
The best food is simple, and this recipe hits that nail on the head!
Make some toast with the bread of your choice. If making a large batch I like to put my oven on broil, brush (or spray) a little olive oil on my bread and place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Watch closely and flip when the bread gets nice and golden.
Put a generous yummy layer of Sundried Basil Cashew on your toast. I personally like to cut the crust off and slice on the diagonal to make a pretty toast point - but you do you.
Top with avocado. Sliced or mashed - your choice!
Optional Step - Give a little squeeze of fresh lime, a sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro, and grind or two of sea salt and black pepper.
