Hungry For Results

Pad Sauce:
1 Lime, juiced
1 tbsp Aminos
1/4 c Water
4 tbsp Humble Nut Butter - Sundried Basil Cashew
1/2 Avocado
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Blend it all together. Add more aminos for a saltier flavor. Add more water for a thinner consistency.
Meal: (serves two)
4 Carrots, spiralized
2 Zucchini, spiralized
1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
Pad Sauce (above) to taste
Handful of nuts, sesame seeds, or furikake to top *I used Isadore Nut Co. Cayenne Kick blend
In a sauté pan, heat the veggies and oil until lightly softened and slightly seared. Stir in as much sauce as you desire. Add desired toppings and serve!
This would be amazing with cubed tofu, salmon or chickpeas!
